DSL Pitcher Joel Matos Suspended for violating league's drug policy.

Five Minor League players were suspended by Major League Baseball on Wednesday for violating the league's drug policy.

All of the prospects, currently playing in the Dominican Summer League, recieved 50-game suspensions for the offense that are effective immediately.

Four of the players were pitchers, including two Yankees' prospects, Daury Aquino and Alexander de los Santos. D-backs pitcher Joel Matos and Royals hurler Freddy Rodriguez were also found in violation of the policy. All four tested positive for metabolites of the drug Stanozolol.

Catcher Jhancarlos Infante, of the Rays organization, also was suspended. Infante tested positive for metabolites of the drug Boldenone.
